This place is now starting to get staffed up but before used to be painful to wait for a hair cut with only 2 Stylist working at any given time. Cynthia is the 5 Star Employee as she is the only Stylist I go to see along with many other people. Prices are now over $21.+ Dollars for a haircut a little high but they know Barbershops are closing up so supply and demand.

This place I would not come again as I made an appointment a day before and when I arrived on time to my reserved appointment the hair cutter told me that somebody deleted my spot. So I was cancelled and shocked to know it because I did not make any cancellation. The lady was so aggressive and made me think that a “ghost” maybe made this weird cancellation.

The worst experience in my life I make an appointment at 3pm and after I been in the store she told me it’s at 4pm they cancel the first one and they put me at 4 pm just my confirmation email it says 3pm before i arrive they cancel it and put me at 4 pm then I told her I booked the appointment at 3pm she side you didn’t maybe you did in different super cut I show her the location she said oh sorry the its my mistake , worst employees and poorest customer service ,it’s the worst super cut I will cancel my membership , if you can’t handle the online appointment stop doing it most customers the do it to save time and not waiting and you do the opposite
