Critical: ProfessionalismAs the photo shows, the banner hanging outside the store says “WALK-INS WELCOME”. However, due to COVID-19, they currently only take pre-booked appointments, as gruffly explained by staff member Kat. I understand businesses need to follow COVID-19 rules, but take down the misleading banner, or at least cover up the “walk-in” part. Kat had to explain to literally every person that came in after me exactly the same thing, and every person had to then stand in the store and use their cellphone to book an appointment before they could get their hair cut. I understand that going through the same performance with every customer makes Kat grumpy, but just go outside and take down the banner!
