I asked for a mullet. Specifically said don’t touch the back of my hair. Showed the lady a picture of the haircut I wanted. As she was almost done she decided to trim the back (which I said not to touch) and gapped my hair. She then tried to hide the mistake. My brother got his haircut before mine asked for the same thing and told her not to touch the back she immediately cut the back of his head. It’s not that hard when a customer says don’t cut the back of my hair, don’t even put the clippers near that area.

Make an appt early for shampoo and haircut, all i thought is that when you say shampoo and haircut, blowdry automatically adds up! When i make a phonecall for an appt and told them I want a haircut and shampoo, the lady did not even asked me if i also want a blowdry, who would want to get out of salon with a very wet hair on a foggy city! They told me that i shouldve include and specify blowdry with my appt, and they did not even asked if i want to have it , rather THEY TOLD ME TO GO HOME WITH A DRIPPING WET HAIR! Both my kid and my wife got haircuts from this place. From the looks of it, Michael J. Fox after a quadruple shot espresso could have cut their hair more evenly than the beyond minimal effort that was put into it by this place. They did offer to fix it, but if they mess up that bad and call it done, trusting a fix up is out of the question.

My hair stylist was quick efficient and effective. She even improved and enhanced my haircut by adding a 1 fade to my suggested 2-3. She also suggested that I only cut ¼ inch off the top rather than ½ inch, that I originally requested. The results, my hair looked much better bcuz of her professional touches and expertise. Called in for approval for root coloring. When I came at the appt time. the in charge said I didnt leave my name. She never asked anyway and there’s no other person w hair coloring at that time. She said I will have to be back 2 hrs later. She continiously talk repeatedly hence I have to speak up and said it your job to get the details. I just walked away and went to the parlor next door.
