The haircut was pretty meh. I pointed to a picture on their wall and the result just simply didn’t really match the picture. The haircut took 8 minutes and I was very surprised when she said she was done. I asked her to fix it; she spent 60 seconds cutting further and then said she was done. It was at that point I realized I wasn’t going to get the haircut I was looking for. When I got home, I noticed the haircut was uneven and a week later it looks pretty bad.

Another customer walked in, and the employee took this customer ahead of me, knowing full well that I had already been waiting and was next in line. The employee told me this new customer had to get back to work, even though he had just walked in the door (really should not be my problem that this new customer wanted to get a hair cut during his lunch break, and didn’t check in earlier). Another customer walked in, and the employee took this customer ahead of me, knowing full well that I had already been waiting and was next in line. Great spot to get a quick cut. Went in on a Wednesday morning and waited about 20 minutes, but no worries there is a Peets coffee next door if you have extra time. Only two stylists working, but they worst fast! My stylist was super sweet and did a fast, beautiful hair cut! And how can you beat only $20?! Would go again.

Supercuts is a basic hair salon … don’t expect to go in to have something fancy done. But if you find the right stylist, you’ll get a pretty good haircut. Vincent is great. Lorena is pretty good but she only works a couple of days a week. Also, I’ve always found this location clean. The stylists and receptionist take turns sweeping up the floor and do it often. The area directly in front of the chair is also clean (at least for the stylist I’m with). All in all, recommended if you’re wanting to get a standard haircut.
