There’s only one girl there that can cut hair correctly and I can never schedule with her. I asked the girl to not cut my hair straight across and she did it anyway. But yep I didn’t realize it until the next day when I was doing my hair, $30 for 15 min not bad for them. I just hate that I can’t schedule someone ahead of time. That’s really a downfall for them. But they are relatively quick if you can get them at the right time. And really it’s not a bad price.

They were supposed to do a zero in the back and sides for my son but he came home with his hair looking like they put a crooked bowl on his head and cut it. His bangs were slanted and told my son this “we made it so if you style it it’ll look cool.” I didn’t ask for that. This place is horrible and this isn’t the first time this has happened. They’ll ask you how you want the hair then do whatever they want. Bad place don’t go unless you want messed up hair.

I received a great haircut from Courtney. I’m growing out an angled bob and she was able to blend the layers that were growing out at different speeds. When I called to make an appointment I was asked what service I wanted. When I explained I needed someone who could blend layers, they booked me with an expert!

This was a horrible experience. The women working couldn’t have cared less about cutting hair as they were just talking about their boyfriends as they mutilated my kids hair. It’s uneven and shorter than she asked. When I said that the stylist or so called stylist Emily shrugged her shoulders and said she said above shoulder. No care at all. Highly recommend you NEVER coming here. And yes I knew it was a cheaper place to go but for a simple cut I didn’t think it would be that bad. Lesson learned. Do not let Emily touch your hair! Especially when the shift lead Ashley is just talking away and distracting her.

Went in here to, sat down for a haircut with Monica. Definitely needs to be better at communicating when she cannot do a cut as reference picture shown. Then try’s to make excuses for her mistakes and deflect instead of taking accountability. Do not recommend. Unprofessional. Haircut

My stylist (not going to give you her name because then you will always have her booked up and I won’t be able to get a appointment lol) was amazing, I told her what I wanted and showed her 1 picture and she did it perfectly and didn’t have to go back and touch up any areas, very pleased, every return visit has been the same great experience!
