I went in for some bangs and face framing and came out with the most uneven hair I have ever seen in my life. The fact I have to walk around like this is so embarrassing. I cant even stand to look at myself in the mirror. I asked for eyebrow length bangs and while the right side of my bangs is a little below my eyebrow the left side is all the way up to the middle of my forehead. The entire left side of my hair is shorter than the right even the face framing. The shortest piece of hair for the left half is up to my cheek and the other half is below my chin. If your looking to get some bangs please go somewhere else or do it yourself they would still end up better than getting them at this place.

Went in for a hair cut and the lady working had no type of customer service and attitude did the crappiest haircut I’ve ever had in my life and then charged me 27$ literally she was done in like 5 mins and it looked terrible but I had no faith in letting her continue. I was scared to have her line me up after seeing what she did to my side burns. Will never go back again. Took photos and debating on uploading so I can show proof how bad this 30$ haircut is.

Couldn’t get in as a walk in because they were all booked up, only 2 stylist, and I guess the other stylist made here own appointments. I didn’t know they even took reservations on line. I never was not seen until this Supercuts in Madera. Incredibly frustrating.

The stylist was nice, but that was about it. I asked for a certain cut with the back not shaved and the top with a little length to it, she ended up giving me basically a pixie cut and shaved the back right after being asked not to. From the start it felt like she was just doing whatever she felt like while doing my hair.

Went in for a beard trim and haircut on appointment… did not know how to line up a beard but they proceeded anyways. They don’t know what there doing and they’ll mess u up. one side of my beard is a half inch off from the other side. 2 thumbs down
