Friendly enough staff I guess but not the best stylists. Even though I showed him pictures of all angles of what I wanted, he rushed thru haircut to the point of it being too short and very uneven cut. He didn’t even bother to try and style my hair at end like they have done the other 3 times I’ve been there. It would have been better if he would have really looked at the pictures and taken it a little slower to make sure it was all even.

2 times in a row the lady in the 1st booth on the left screwed my hair up. I gave her another chance and tipped both times only to have my friend take a picture of how she messed up AGAIN. I’m adding the picture down below. I honestly felt like she was doing it on purpose too cause she just kept giggling with her coworkers. So unprofessional. Will never go there again.

The hair stylists are always friendly and do a good job with my blunt bob and my daughter’s trim. The 3 women I have gone to were great with my toddler son and worked quickly, knowing he’s not a fan of clippers. Store is clean, only complaint is with the franchise itself not this location, and that is that you cannot schedule anything in the future, it’s day of appts only.

Scheduled an appointment and I took off work to take my child in. As we walked in, 10 minutes early, they took 2 walk ins and said we wouldn’t be seen within 40 minutes. Also they did a horrible job on my son’s haircut the previous time. I should have never gone back.

A good place to get a haircut for men. I have yet to ever see and male stylist working there but that isn’t a bother to me. My last haircut there I was put with a new stylist who didn’t quite understand what I needed. The other 2 more experienced stylists helped her out. I was sat there for almost 40 minutes until I showed a picture of what I wanted and was done in 10 minutes. I’ll definitely go back.
