I only take my son to Ash on Herndon and cedar. She wasn’t available and he needed a haircut so I took him to this location. The lady who did his hair didn’t listen to my son and cut my sons hair short after he spent all summer growing it out and told her he wanted to leave it long. She began the hair cut by running the clippers with no guard up the back of his head cutting the long hair that was to remain on top. She then made him feel bad and rushed him out of the chair even though he hated the cut. She had no idea what she was doing and couldn’t fix it also said she had other clients after ten minutes of my son being in the chair. The other clients were walk ins and my son had an appt. Which we were an hour early for and waited patiently. She didn’t blend it, lined him up crooked and messed up if you would call it lining him up at all. Very choppy with one ☝️ long piece of hair in the front. Then proceeded to tell me there was a problem with his unlimited account over a year ago where some months weren’t paid and needed to charge me extra for it at this current appointment where we weren’t even happy with the service. She then proceeded to charge my card on file the extra amount without letting me know she was going to charge it until I asked after the fact and she confirmed she had already manually charged it before we discussed it. I was so upset I asked her to cancel the member ship and she said with an attitude that I would have to write an email to an email she had written down so I responded with “You can manually charge my card but not manually remove it?” I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION or Any other super cuts unless Ash is available. In the end we drove all the way from Armstrong and Shaw to Shaw and Marks because I called Ash personally and she said she would come in and fix it so far she’s doing a great job making the hack job look good but it wasn’t his first choice and he’s really sad and it’s very short.

There is hair everywhere! The clippers, comb, and scissors are sitting in the hair of at least 10 other people. When brought up to the stylist, she said “yeah I have cut a lot of ppl today and that’s their hair”. Maria the stylist did not listen to me about how to cut my hair. I have a wedding to go to and hair is sticking up in the back because she cut it way to high and short. Her excuse was, “I cut it because it was too long”. I asked for a medium fade and even discussed with her about what that was, and i got a military “high-and-tight”. This place is unsanitary and Maria won’t listen to you. If you want to mix everyone else’s hair in with yours then this is your place to be. Absolutely ridiculous!

I don’t know how this place is still open. The stylist as supercuts call them was rude enough to almost go off on her but that would just make me look bad. Supercuts is a wannabe barber shop/salon. If you want real quality work go to a real barber/salon not to supercuts where it’s inexperienced stylist that only know the basic cut style.

i just got my haircut. and the stylist was being kind of rude? first she told me that she couldn’t do the specific style i wanted, and that was fine. but then when i asked for the curtain bangs, she complained saying she couldn’t do them because they wouldn’t look good with my haircut. she had an attitude aswell. wont be coming back here

I’ve been here twice. First time, the girl who cut my hair was saying how the guy before me tipped her $20 and I should tip more just because she was cute. The second time I had an appointment, I was early and there was 5 people in front of me. Told me I had to wait 2 hours, even tho I was EARLY to an APPOINTMENT. They charge $24 a hair cut, for a simple men’s hair cut which is insane, not worth the wait and demanding hairstylists

My stylist was on vacation, so I decided to stop by the Supercuts on Shaw and Armstrong for a trim. The workers there were unprofessional and unorganized. I am glad I took my service else where. It was a good reminder for myself, why I would rather drive pass that Supercuts in my neighborhood for better service across town. Haircut

I decided to take my kid in, and the service was absolutely terrible. The whole office is not following OSHA at all. My son’s hair was not at all changed. His hair was supposed to be short on all directions, but only the back and the front were cut. His sideburns are still there, and the top was not at all changed. And on top of all of that, it was 21$! I recommend you save time, money, and gas by going to a different salon. I am using my kids account because yes.

Then I asked for long layers with it tapered in the front. she started cutting a way I never seen, then in the middle of cutting started to blow dry then cut more and did that 3 times. I didn’t understand a thing she was doing and could tell right away that something went wrong. she then tapered the front and then handed me the mirror and said your done. didn’t even ask about my bangs. when I looked at the back of my hair I could tell that there was a gap on one side, there was a large difference for one layer to the other, then when I told her something is wrong she kept saying, no its right nothing is wrong. I went home, finished drying my hair and my husband said, Yeah big gap and worse hair cut ever. Even though I returned to complain and the manager did her best to fix it, I still have a bad hair cut and will take months to grow out.
