Yikes. I watched one of the “stylists” fail to understand the concept of layering…. quite basic of a concept I assure you. The stylist blamed my partner’s hair and was argumentative instead of working to meet her expectation. There was no sectioning or any scissor techniques to create layers—even after being explicitly asked for, and subsequently explained in increasingly basic terms and concepts.

I had Jennifer today to cut my hair i ask for my side to be a 1 and a fade. Also i told her to keep the top of my hair long .she wasn’t friendly did what she wanted to do ..didn’t pay attention to detail. And I’m still finding long pieces of hair on the lower side of my fade..paid 25$ for pretty much everything I didn’t want …..

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I received a hair cut from Jennifer today and never have I had my hair cut so messed up in my life.. now I have served in the Marine Corps for 5 years and anyone that has served has experienced a bad fade every now and again, but this is by far the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I had asked for a low fade and received what I assume is a high fade because one side was taken up as high as you and go and the other side wasn’t, she stopped at the fade and that was it didn’t blend anything together and there’s a clear line that was not blended. I brought up my concerns about the hair cut and she wouldn’t admit it was bad and offered to fix it but you cannot fix this.. fixing it would require me to shave my head, so naturally I told her I didn’t want her touching my hair and that I wanted a refund and they claimed they can’t do that.. but I have never heard of a business not allowing a refund for horrible services.. like I said before just go to a real barber where they are properly trained and didn’t get their licenses online…

Will never go here, or any Supercuts, ever again. Wasted my time with misinformation, terrible service and poor management. Martha gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. Martha started cutting my hair when someone else walked in who was late for their appointment. She spent 5 minutes on my haircut and then said it would look “better with product in it”. She rushed my appointment so she could get to the one that was late. The other girl working there spent twice the amount of time on her appointments haircut. I want a refund!

The worst hair cut I have ever recieved in my lifetime from Jennifer. I never have written a review before, but after my experience I believe it is necessary. I went in and had a little bit of moose in my hair and this lady keeps trying to comb the top of my hair. I explained to her that I have moose in my hair and she is ripping it out and that if she sprayed water in it she would be able to comb through. She says she will not use the water because her hands will get messy. I’m a little shocked at this point and frustrated at this lady trying to comb hair with product in it. I then ask her to just finish up to where she gets frustrated and cuts off the top part of my hair line. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my lifetime and Jennifer should be fired because I see multiple bad comments about this lady here. She also would not give me the managers email so I could file a formal complaint.

Haircut by Jennifer was absolutely atrocious. Asked for a neck & around the ear trim and she free handed the sheers without a guard. Ended up spending almost an hour trying to fix it. Had to go get it buzzed somewhere else after.

Critical: ProfessionalismWell second time here in about 30 days and had the same problem happen each time. Walked in the door for an appointment booked online and told sorry about my luck because their internet has been down for the past four days and they have other appointments scheduled at the same time. Guess because they took those over the phone they are a higher priority than me booking online? Not sure why my appointment should be cancelled over the other one who called in? Told I could come back in two hours and that I should just call from now on. Don’t blame the staff as they are nice, just seems like poor management practices to me. Walked in the door for an appointment booked online and told sorry about my luck because their internet has been down for the past four days and they have other appointments scheduled at the same time.
