We had an appointment at 3 for my son got there a little early and literally watch 2 people go ahead of us 1 said they had an appointment at 315 and 1 guy never checked in always seems to be different people in there never the same and always different kind of service. So I went in so get a trim of my dead ends (3 inches) and to layer my hair. The girl seemed to know what she was doing and when I left there my hair was still wet because they dont style it unless you pay extra which I think is about $25. Anyways, after my hair dried it looked like I had a Bob with a little bit of long strands. I had to go back and get it fixed by Linda whom was amazing and knew exactly how to fix it. I ended up losing about 6 inches total to get my hair fixed as best they could. I would only recommend Linda.

Overall experience: the cashier was very nice, my stylist on the other hand, probably could care less about her job, probably the most awkward haircut I’ve had in awhile. No conversation, couldn’t crack one smile to save her job. Two stars is generous. I get it, being in customer service. But definitely won’t be returning.

Haircut is a #1 all over including sideburns. Beard and mustache left alone. Stylist was nice but cut my beard after i specifically told her not to, missed a patch on my left temple and left me dripping after the shampoo. All in all it was the typical “ill never go back to that stylist” experience. What happened to all the quality stylist at Supercuts! 2 stars only gained due to front desk staff which was nice and apologetic.

I’d give supercuts 5 stars but there is always room for improvement. This particular supercuts is great. Good friendly service, expertly established outdoors, excellent hygiene, and virus awareness. Jenny is an excellent hair dresser.
