Made online appointment and when I showed up 10 minutes early, they told me that there were 8 people ahead of me. I only saw 2 waiting. I don’t understand if you schedule a time to be there, why are there people in front of me? I also notice that she had a running list on the counter to check off who is next. I couldn’t wait, do I cancel and would reschedule. Disappointed at this system they are running.

I made an appointment however it wasn’t important enough for the stylist to keep it had to drive to salon as phones hadn’t been answered in the 3 days I tried calling stylist was due in at 11:30 and I was offered an 11:45 appointment even with two customers in waiting area I said give her till 12 noon I would run over to grab a drink and be back. Came back at 11:50 and I noticed the stylist had not done anything but I guess clean up and look for whatever because she never said anything to me it was then after noon and she had finally gotten all her stuff ready so she comes to counter and calls the guy that had been sitting there since I got there which was one thing but she didn’t even acknowledge me sitting there waiting for a appointment with her maybe if you’re supposed to be starting on customers when you’re due to arrive as I was offered both a 11:30 or 11:45 appointment at 11:28 with 2 customers in waiting area and she was due in at 11:30 you should be either getting there a few minutes early or have your station ready for the next work day before you leave I have never dealt with such a unprofessional salon especially one that survives on repeat business. Will never ask a Supercuts regional manager for a referral again

Appointments don’t mean anything. You can sign up ahead of time, and still have to wait up to an hour after your appointment to be seen after walk ins. Staff are indifferent to it. Haircut

Pandemic has definitely affected many and this business included, however, staff is still friendly whenever I have gone (once a week). Some days are busier than others but make sure to check in online (reserve your time on app/call). Many times they will not have any spots available for walk-in anymore. Other than that it’s a great place for a simple haircut with many places to grab a quick bite nearby.
