I’m gonna give this place a five star for the simple fact that a couple of ladies that do work in their bust their butts so hard trying to keep up with the people that do come in and their appointments I’ve had April do my hair she’s absolutely amazing I have seen customers go in there complaining that someone from another SuperCut has cut their hair and mess their hair up and she fixes it right away and they will leave absolutely happy. When you hear a bad review understand that it’s because that person‘s day didn’t go as planned and unfortunately with hairstylists they get a bad rap which really sucks when they are in the service business. These girls hustle hair the best they can so be patient because when you’re patient it’s worth the wait if the app is not working walk in ask them to make an appointment unfortunately that’s just how the business goes. Good on you girls for doing the job that should take five girls in there. good on you great job.

It gets the job done I have no complaints about the actual haircuts I have received. The only thing is they don’t have a dedicated staff, which come from Hanford, have limited availability for appointments, and you can’t really walk in anymore. As soon as they can get a dedicated staff I’m sure their service will improve.
