I was able to walk in and get my haircut right away. I had Irma (Erma?) and I want to say that she did a great job. She evened out the mess I made chopping a couple of inches off my hair. She layered it quickly, and in sort of big sections, it seemed. But possibly because I have curly hair, the shape was sooo much better. Thanks, Irma! Haircut

This is a great Supercuts location, every time I come here the girls are friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well maintained, friendly welcome when I come in- sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but if I remember to use the app or call it helps, Liz cut my hair last she was very friendly and did a nice job and got me in and out quick. Highly recommend coming here for great cut that doesn’t break the bank.

Worst haircut experience I’ve ever received. The “Manager” was so unprofessional she made my experience very uncomfortable. Apparently she knows a friend of mine and proceeded to bad mouth her while I was sitting getting a cut. My haircut itself was horrible and I believe it was directly because of my friend. I don’t believe Lizzette should be manager or even represent the company at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just had the worst experience here today. I came in asking for a simple blunt cut just above the shoulders. I gave my stylist (Maria) two reference photos (one of which was me) of the just above the shoulder length that I wanted. My hair was cut to ear length and looks terrible. I’ve literally lost all confidence. I canceled the date that I was going to go on tonight because my hair looks SO bad. I’m considering purchasing $2k worth of extensions because this haircut makes me look like a man. In addition to all of this, it’s not even cut evenly. One side is longer than the other and there are random strands that are sticking out by 1/2 inch. My 14 year old sister has done a better job. I used to come here very often to get my usual trims. Despite my friends and colleagues recommending me to go to a more prestigious hair salon, I enjoyed the experience here. But, I recently went to get a few inches cut off my hair, and the employees were very disrespectful. I have some dandruff as my hair is thick and dry, but the unprofessional employees accused me of having lice. I went home, worried and concerned, only to discover that my dandruff was much more prominent, but I had no lice. I had my hair formally tested for bits or live lice, but there was not a single sign of lice. I feel disgusted by the accusations and I am appalled by how uneducated the staff is. I had to cancel several appointments and I was unnecessarily stressed out by this misdiagnosis. I assume that the staff is not very familiar with the difference between lice and dandruff, so I am afraid I will not be visiting any Supercuts chain anytime soon.

Ive been coming here for around 10 years now and have had nothing but good customer orientated service. Just got a haircut on June 2nd, had a $5 coupon so the cut was only $11 (+Tip)! They pay attention to you, ask you multiple times during the haircutting process if everything is up to your standard, and the finished product is really what you asked for. Been to Fantastic Sams, did not like it, will continue to go to Supercuts!
