They do not know how to cut hair at all. Please do not come here. I’ve been growing my hair for a year and the woman with the red hair completely botched my hair. I showed her a picture of the LONG CURTAIN BANGS I wanted and she gave me the shortest bangs along with cutting my sideburns. It looks horrific. I have been to supercuts before and have had such great experiences but this woman was terrible and should not ever touch ANYONES hair again.

I asked to have between 3 and 4” taken off. My hair was sprayed wet , combed straight and then she went once around with the scissors taking off about an inch of hair. No combing no trimming that was it. She took the wrap off my neck and I walked to the cash register with wet hair all over my neck, water still dripping down my face and my hair un combed. Most unprofessional hair cut I have had in 50 years.

Hands down, the absolute worst butchering of a simple haircut. Do NOT under any circumstance let Jody/Jodi cut your hair! She didn’t comb the top of my head before starting to cut, never asked where I parted my hair or how I wear it. I showed her a pic beforehand of me to ensure there wasn’t any communication issues. I asked for my clearly defined undercut to be cut with a trimmer. She didn’t do that. I said “absolutely no razoring my hair.” She razored my hair. She cut my bangs WAY too short and straight across so she killed any possibility of me getting my beloved wispy bags back for the next 6-8 months. Oh, and the left and right side of my cut are different lengths. This is incredibly noticeable since she gave me nasty version of a 90s bob. I specifically said, “this is NOT a bob cut” before she started. I’m online buying hats to get me through the next few months, money I wish I had used to get a legit haircut. I think I’ll go back to cutting my own hair. Apparently I have more skill than a “trained professional”.
