This is my best hair experience in Ventura county. I’ve been to a number of salons and trust me this one is a gem. I spent hundreds of dollars only to be let down and disappointed to the point of doing my own hair. I ended up ruining my hair so I went to this salon for help. I showed pictures and even said it was ok if it wasn’t exactly the same but I expect it to be even and somewhere near what I wanted if it wasn’t able to be done she should’ve let me know that it wasn’t possible and I would have tried something different. Instead she did it and left me with a yellow blonde with parts that were platinum and pink in random places. She didn’t even dry my hair she let me leave with my hair dripping wet. All I asked for was the underneath or my hair to be platinum and I said it didn’t have to be that light as long as it wasn’t too yellow.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI just wanted a simple cut of 3-4 inches. The stylist was 15 minutes late, and did not even cut my hair properly. The left side of my hair is about an inch and a half longer than the right side. And she didn’t even comb through my hair or quickly run her fingers through to untangle it. She just left it tangled. Would not recommend.
