Highly annoying that they ALL take lunches at the same time n leave the place closed for hours.. I’ve called 5 times n tried to set n appointment n there’s no planning with them. Other people have lives too. How about lunch rotations? Instead of all at once like a normal good business should.. WAYY too many chances with this place! Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is bc they are decent at their job. Ps. This isn’t the first time this has happened.. almost every time I go on my free time I’m sitting in my car waiting for n hour waiting for SOMEONE to show up.

The worst blow dry experience I never had in my entire life. I took service for shampoo, blow dry & straitened yesterday. they charged $52 .Mine is curly medium hair. I don’t know who gave her to work there. I was thinking , did she done intentionally or what, I don’t know.I even did nothing to behave like this. No one will say It’s a blow dry & straitened hair. Even a 7 yrs kid can do better service than her.and my service chair was not cleaned at all. There is a hair in scissors in my front table even 20 minutes after my service . Overall I had a nastiest experience . I never faced anywhere.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCame in at 3:15 with my son as walk ins and was told there was a family of three ahead of us but shouldn’t be long. Sat there for half hour while I was there heard one call of a person making an appointment and being told to come in. So a person comes in they asked if he checked in on line and he said no but he could. They say no they will take his name and he said he called in and they told him he was next. Then another guy comes in said he called they told him there was one person in front of him. Now first person is done and they take the guy who said he called… this is when I left but told the people you shouldn’t say there is three people ahead of us if you are going to take phone calls too. I should have just called in while I was sitting there. Even though I live in Moorpark I will drive to Simi or Thousand Oaks if I ever go to a Supercuts again which is doubtful.
