They didn’t waste any time jumping on the inflation train, and I’m sure no one working there got a raise in the process. haircuts are all right but definitely not worth what they’re charging… It’s pricing that booms a business just ask Walmart and Amazon, never met a greedy person who got rich and stayed rich!

The haircut was satisfactory, yet pricey, but I didn’t expect anything different. My overall experience was strange…I tried to book two appointments online for each of my kids. I called them after doing so and made sure they had me down for two spots at the exact same time. I was assured they did. Then as we were walking up to the door, a staff person greeted me by asking if I was “the guy who called.” I said maybe I was and that I also had an online appointment. They appeared bothered by this response and then sent away a person who was waiting in the lobby. They then checked their computer and told me I only have one reservation. I started to protest but was dismissed and told to come in anyway and that it didn’t matter. The whole thing was awkward and felt rushed. This was my kids’ first haircut since COVID and it was not a fun experience. The walk up versus online sign up is not well managed. Overall, they probably spent 10 minutes with us then welcomed other walk-ins as soon as they could.
