This place has gone downhill quickly since they lost thier best hairstylist. I’ve called a couple times since my last visit. The ladies on the phone were rude and seemed to have a bad attitude. This used to be my go to place, but now I am sure that was because of a certain stylist whom is gone, not the salon. I wi not use Supercuts anymore.

Had to wait 25 minutes when I showed up 3 minutes early to an appointment. What is even the point? Didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize for needlessly making me wait. When the gentleman before me was finished(she didnt start his cut until after my appointment time), instead of promptly taking payment and tending to the customer who’s appointment was almost 30min ago, the hair stylist decided to sit back and chat with the first gentleman. Once I saw that I walked out. Drove 3mins to Great Clips and had a much better experience.

I should have walked out, before I say down. The stylist was annoying as shlt. If that wasn’t bad enough, I paid with a credit card and they did not give me a receipt. They were offended when I asked for one. I was charged way too much, considering I’m a senior. Lesson learned, never again Haircut
