Critical: Qualityok so i have a favorite hair stylist but due to back to school she was super busy. I should have just waited ! ! the girl who did cut my hair did not listen to me at all. I wanted a pixy a line bob what i got was a uneven little girls bob. i ask for it to be texturized and shaved and blended in the back. that did not happen ! ! it looks stupid ! ! Definitely not what i wanted ! ! ! Now i have to wait a few months to get it fixed. Not being a expense that i can just go back and have them fix it right away. soooo disappointed. I regret not talking to a manager about this. One of the employees. A short Hispanic woman, said she could cut my son’s hair like a picture I had, no problem. Well after he was done he had some parts uneven and some parts not cut. Looked a mess. I showed her and she blamed the picture I showed her. I said fine, it can’t always look like the picture but it can be cut even. She started fixing my sons hair and then said it was my son’s fault it was uneven because he moved. His hair looks fine now but she should have taken responsibility for her mistakes or told me from the beginning she couldn’t work from a picture. Won’t go there ever again. Unprofessional.

I wanted a shape and all the dead ends removed. The stylist treated my hair like it was the first time that she had cut hair. I left deeply frustrated, and have decided to return to cutting my own hair. I still have dead ends, and there is no shape. I didn’t leave a tip, which is exceedingly unlike me! I didn’t get her name, but wears a nose ring.
