I am a senior. My hairdresser of 24 years moved. I was looking for a new salon and came across Supercuts in the Anaheim Plaza (CA). I having anxiety because someone I didn’t know was going to cut my hair. I was very impressed with Gloria. I told her my “story” and the particular problems with my hair. She was very attentive and kind. I really did get a SUPER cut. I will go back again and ask for Gloria. The shop was very clean.

This place is a joke when it comes to hiring. First I had a scheduled phone interview a couple weeks ago and in the email I was told to wait for the manager to call me first at the scheduled time. I waited for a whole hour even after my scheduled time but i never got a call. So I called the store and told them that I was waiting and it turns out that the manager was on vacation already. So I don’t understand why somebody scheduled me for that day when the manager was already gone for the holidays. I then emailed the recruiter twice from the email they provided me with. I NEVER got a response. I checked my spam folder as well but nothing. I called a couple days later and whoever answered the phone was extremely unhelpful. She didn’t know what to say when I asked her to speak with the manager. She said and I quote “I don’t know what to tell you, umm the manager is not here, so umm yeah”…completely unprofessional. She didn’t even ask for my name and phone number to give to the manager for a call back. They might be good with hairstyling but they are very disorganized and seem to not care with who they hire. Very lazy

Wanted to get a haircut because tomorrow I am filming my character for a music video. My entry for this year’s Great Cover Song Challenge. I just received an AWFUL haircut here today. I hate to say it but this is just the kind of place a language barrier is just not good and when trying something a little new your hair cutter should at least have SOME advice on how to handle it. My stylist messed up the back so bad I went to a high rated baber shop to fix their mistake. Don’t go here unless you’re just taking your kids in for a trim. They lost a customer today, I will not be returning.
