My 1st time at any Supercuts, I was pleasantly surprised. Joanne made a point of making sure she knew the style I wanted, and made sure it was right. She even took photos on all sides for me so that we can discuss & perhaps improve/change next time. I will definitely return to her in a few weeks.

The one star rating is for the rudeness of the employee, Chuong. It’s obvious he doesn’t enjoy what he does. I think things would have been different if he treated his clients with respect. His English speaking skills weren’t the best, and I had to cross my fingers hoping he wouldn’t mess up my hair. Other than that, everyone else in the location seemed nice and happy. I was also sat quickly without an appointment, which was nice.

I would not give 1 star but had to in order to write this review. I walked into this Supercuts in East Bluff Newport Beach. I asked for 1 inch off – cut straight across no layers. My hair is long just pass the middle of my back. Tiffany is cutting my hair and said “why are you here your hair is so healthy you don’t need a trim. I said I like it freshly cut and would like 1 inch off. I walked out of there with 4 inches cut off my hair. It is nearly to my shoulders. Seriously!! Why would she decide to cut off so much from healthy hair? Don’t go to this salon. Especially don’t let Tiffany touch your hair!!!
