Got my gray roots colored by Valentino due to a frozen shoulder. Valentino was super fast and efficient and a pleasure to talk to. The only issue (and the 4 stars) was that he was just a bit too fast getting dye to my hair and accidentally dropped a glob of it on my smock and unfortunately the color transferred to my shirt. The Costco purchased shirt will now be worn when doing “dirty” chores or for future hair coloring sessions. Despite the mishap, and the fact that my hair was dripping wet while checking out, I will be asking for Valentino again. It only took 1 hour to get out of the salon and my hair looks great! Lastly, the $65 cost + tip for doing roots is pricey imo but that’s the standard for most chain salons.

It was the worst shop I ever visited. I told them make it a little shorter in the same style, but they quickly hit my boys’ hair for a short cuts and rather grumbled. And she washed his face with a wet towel roughly so I stopped her. Also, she finished without giving off his hair to the neck, shoulder and legs. Their attitudes were really bad and they were going to finish the cut as soon as they can. Both of the boys had a bad balance on both sides and some long hairs here and there, so I had to come home and trim it. Some stylists may need to be re-educated. They have no fundamentals, no skills, and no attitudes. I will not visit again. This has ruined the feeling of a whole day.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of letting Teresa cut my hair I asked her to give me a fade on the sides . She gave me the worst haircut I think I’ve ever received in my entire life I asked her to give me a fade and got nothing close to that ! It’s really hard to understand how someone can have a job and not care to even try to put effort in doing it. Well it’s to late now just have to wait tell my hair comes back in please do yourself a favor and don’t let her cut your hair.
