I came to this location twice, 1 was for a cut and color, and the lady would not do my color, after I scheduled specifically to do so, so I got my hair cut, and it was very uneven. I went back to have it fixed(was with another hairdresser), and had come with my hair straightened to show it better, and they still cut it uneven. has been driving me nuts ever since, but my hair is now shorter than I wanted in my attempts for them to level it out.

I have been coming to this location for over ten years and Katie has been cutting my hair since day one. Most people think of Supercuts as a place to get an inexpensive haircut by people brand new in the industry. This is definitely not the case. I will never go anywhere else or have anyone else ever cut my hair because Katie does such an awesome job. She takes her time and always makes sure that I am satisfied with my haircut. She definitely has the skills to work at any high end hair salon in Orange County. I would definitely pay top dollar for her services. Supercuts is very fortunate to have someone with Katie’s skills and professionalism working for the company. Please don’t ever let her leave!
