The hustle and bustle of life leaves you stress and you just need to unwind. Some people get pedicures, massages, workout or grab a drink. I enjoy all of this. Though I like to suggest getting your hair shampooed to the list. There’s something so relaxing about allowing someone to comb and clean your hair. Graciela was helpful enough to wash my hair and trim the dead ends off. She suggested the products used but didn’t try to force me to buy products. I definitely felt better and clean and was able to go shopping at Albertsons right after. Thanks Graciela.

very bad experience,it was my birthday i came to have a haircut and die my hair,there was nobody inside the store,the lady who was in curred long hair n looks like hispanic one had me sitted and asked me how much length of the hair need to cut then trimmed my hair without asking me anymore questions,i told her i wanna see some pics to show her the hairstyle i want,she said she didnt have,n she is busy no time to do other things,then she threw me three books after i insisted,and she talked to me in a rude way by saying that dont move otherwise its your fault not mine,i didnt say anything ,then she said her customer is coming,and asked me move away n wait on the side,i asked her how long i should wait,she said i told u i have appointment,i mean u dont have to do my business if u r in an appointment later,so i paid her 26usd n told her she should not trim my hair if she got appointment later,I left the store with my wet n unfinished hair,very bad attitude i will never come back to this place again! n i told my friends never come this place is cheaper but very bad service!i would rather pay more to enjoy a real service!

There was no wait on a Sunday when I went which was nice and my stylist was very polite, sadly my rating is based on results. The haircut took around 40 minutes. A number 4 shave on the sides and the back, faded up with a 1/2 inch trim on top. Pretty simple, usually takes 15 minutes… when finished my hair was damp and slicked back and it looked good. After I showered and my hair had dried I looked in the mirror to notice the fade on each side was off by an inch and the right side was a half inch longer than the left. The fade was a noticeable uneven line running the circumference of my head, clearly visible. The bangs were left 2 inches longer than the rest of my hair. Comply lopsided and uneven. How I didn’t notice all these problems while I was there is beyond me and it’s my fault for not drawing attending to the multiple fundamental errors. I’m not picky with my haircuts and trust my stylist but this is just embarrassing. It seems she didn’t know what she was doing and covered it up by styling my hair in a certain way to avoid detection. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I’m not a confrontational person but this was unacceptable. Included some pictures, and no I’m not balding it just looks like it now.

I called to make an appointment for a haircut, and to cut layers. When I walked in I also said I wanted a couple inches cut from the length and layers plus wash. Kayla washed my hair, had me stand to cut a couple inches off my length, and then combed through my hair, asked me about 5 times if I brush my hair (obviously I do if I have hair to my hips). But coming home from 25 hours of flights being delayed and cancelled I got a knot in the back. And I let her know about the knot when I got there. She cut the knot and the length, and cleaned up everything. But she didn’t cut layers. When I asked for layers she aggressively sat me down, and rushed me to get layers. This rush was very unprofessional. I just wanted to leave. So I left without layers. Her behavior came off to be a bit desperate. Worst haircut experience ever!! I basically just got a trim and a wash for the price of a haircut and style. Wish I could get a refund.

June booked my appointment and was so kind and warm. She got me in for a 1:30 appointment. A customer got angry at her because she had a 1:45 appointment, and the staff politely told her that it was my turn first, and that hers would be soon. They handled the situation with so much grace even though the customer was very angry. I got my hair cut by, I forgot her name (very nice Asian lady with light colored eyes). She took the time to do a detailed scissor cut on my difficult hair. She cut my hair so well and made me feel great! Totally recommend these ladies.

Have not had my hair professional ly cut for over a year due to covid-19. Today I said gotta go to Supercuts, which has been my hair place for several years. Had a hair stylist named Lalo. Lalo is excellent. Cut and styled my hair beautifully and had the most wonderful shampoo in a long time. Do ask for Lalo, you won’t be disappoint.
