I was there this afternoon for a haircut because I got a coupon on my mail, so thought of trying it since it is close to home. The lady that took care of me was welcoming but the way she was cutting my hair felt careless, she didn’t divide my hair into sections properly, she was just grabbing big chunks of hair that where half dry half wet, and trimming. She did not trim my layers so I had to tell her if she could do it , so she did. My hair looks square and one side is longer than the other. It is honestly my worst haircut, I’m glad I didn’t do a complete change of look and that my hair is long so I can do a proper haircut.

I walked in and Alex told me it would be 15-20 minute wait. Another customer named Maria was had already been waiting 15 minutes and she had an appointment. Alex was unapologetic even after it took 45 minute’s even with an appointment. After I had waited 45 minutes I asked Alex for a realistic time from now and said maybe I should have made an appointment so I responded by telling her that Maria made an appointment and still waited 45 minutes!! She said they were busy and she had to leave at 5. She made excuses as to how busy they were. I told her she should be more accurate with her times. After everything I told her for Maria and the biggest problem was she never apologized for the extra wait and she told us WE COULD could see they were busy!! It was very frustrating that she didn’t care at all!!

Don’t go to Persian lady. She is super mean. First she ask me about my personal life stuff and when I ask her she said I don’t share or says I don’t know. And I specifically said not to cut any hair on center part of the hair and yet she cuts it. Worst barber ever!

Lyn was great, 2 month ago my place to get my haircut closed after nine years. Now is hard to fine a hair stylist that will cut your hair the way you like it and mine is really short, that freaks out most. Too expensive, went for a shampoo and only to trim my ends which were dry/splitting (no blow dry). I thought I heard her say $20 so I gave a $4 tip but today I checked my credit card and it says $30!!!! And it was not even a big cut/style, what she trimmed was so little I kept asking “do you think that is enough” with every snip since all the hair could fit in my hand and leave space since they were not even the size of a pencil point!! (4 months ago I had my hair cut, highlighted and blow dried for $53!! it was a last minute stop… never again)

I wouldn’t even go back for free. Made an appointment to still wait 2 hours so she could cut her friends hair. They are rude, and don’t care for their customers. Went else paid almost the same yet had great treatment and got a great haircut.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a haircut that usually takes 30-40 minutes she decided to use the machine and completed the job in literally 2 minutes. She was so rude and unprofessional. When I went home I realized so many bad parts in my hair. The worst part is their price, they charged $30 for 2 minutes of service. The person who cut my hair was 40-50 years old hispanic woman. Even if you decide to go this barbershop, do not let that women to touch your hair!!!
