Everyone is complaining like they just went to John Freida himself and paid 300 for a haircut. These stylists are timed per haircut. They want it done in under 15 minutes. They make minimum wage and no commission. They probably owe $18,000 in school debt and make less than mcdonalds employees hourly. The only thing keeping them afloat is their tips. Most are single moms who need the stable paycheck a regular salon doesn’t provide and some are probably receiving public assistance since most supercuts only offer benefits to managers. Have some empathy.

Definitely can tell the difference between a supercut stylist and more expensive. Asked for cleanup of neckline and around ears on pixie cut, not even lines and lots of clipped hair that wasn’t brushed/blown off so got all over clothes & car the minute I touched hair.

Went in at 4:45pm on Sunday and was unable to have my hair cut because “they had already cleaned” and could I “come back tomorrow” when they’re open until 6. So if you want to get your hair cut, don’t go in 15 minutes before they close because they have basically already closed up.

My experience was great, however I was very disappointed while watching a stylist have such trouble cutting a black child’s hair. She continued to ask the Mother “do they normally comb it out first” saying she was “having trouble getting the clippers to push through” and was not understanding the simple fade they were asking for which ironically was an option advertised on the wall. I HIGHLY suggested more inclusive styling training.

I definitely recommend this salon! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And it’s super clean. I came in with black hair (box dyed) and Kyndra absolutely transformed me with some highlights! She was super patient with the process and so nice. I would definitely ask for her next time you’re there!
