I brought my granddaughter in for a bang trim. That’s it! Should be a very simple thing. However the bangs are chopped up, uneven, with strange pieces on the side of her head. I had to take her somewhere else, and pay again of course, to get the bangs corrected.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve gone here 2 times and each time was a bad experience. The girls are really nice but the haircut experience was horrible. My first visit the hairdresser criticized my hair and was really rough when combing my hair. My recent visit was worse though. My hairdresser( a different girl) I believe her name was Amalia or something along those lines. I asked for a hair thinning because I have thicker hair and as usual she said there would be light shedding when I went home. Well there was more than light shedding I had brushed through my hair only to find a couple handfuls of hair she didn’t removing while thinning. She seemed lazy, as she seemed to have a hard time removing the hair she cut, but that’s your job. And on top of that she didn’t know how to cut my hair the same length on each side.
