Lexie was very friendly when I came in for a shampoo condition and cut. When she was finished I went home to have all of my family ask what happened? When I looked at my hair this was the worst job. I went back to get her to fix it. I definitely felt she was not as friendly. She completed the job.i went home family said it looked better. I will never comeback to this or any Super Cuts again. I called a lady I used to use and will see her this week to look at and schedule when my hair grows back.

Walked in for my son’s appointment and my 5 year old was fine and happy at first then suddenly things went south I thought it was my kid being a kid with his frown then the tears came. The lady quickly took my son off the chair and refused to finish. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but as we walked out I saw my son’s ear bleeding – she kicked his ear that’s why he was crying I asked for her name and she refused so I will call her the dark haired 55 year old heavy set person of sorts. Horrible experience will never go there again- I hate that I even tipped her!!! Ugh!

I’ve been going here for a while and never have had a bad haircut until today, I had the stylist Kelly and she did a horrible job, wouldn’t let me say what I wanted for my haircut and gave me the option of half an inch or one inch off, cut my hair, not even close to what I wanted, and when she did cut my hair she chopped it, the ends are completely chopped. I part my hair down the middle and the right side is now very uneven with the rest, if cutting long hair takes 10 mins you’ve done it wrong. Now I have to wait a lot more time for my hair to grow back just to do what I wanted to do originally. extremely angry, disappointed, and dissatisfied with my visit.

Would have given a 5 star but when I went there I took a really nice water flask and I accidental left there and I called the next day and was told it was most likely thrown away by the night crew. They were nice enough to take notes on what it looked like in case it popped up. But nothing so now I’m afraid to go in the off chance I accidentally leave something of value again and it gets thrown away.
