It’s hit and miss with Supercuts. The problem is that there are always new people cutting hair, so it’s not easy to stick with one person who gets to know you, and who gets to know your hair. I had a terrible cut yesterday from someone I had never seen there before. One can only get a same day appointment, even when asking for a next day early morning appointment in the late afternoon. I had approximately 15 hair cuts at Supercuts, but yesterday was my last one. I came in to freshen up the hair cut I had, but I walked out with a different hair cut.

I didn’t make it on time to my usual Great Clips salon so decided to try Super Cuts instead since they were still open. I was so happy that I did. I have thick wavy hair and asked if she could cut it following the wave.
