We love this Supercuts! My boys like coming here for their haircuts. The hair stylists listen to my high schooler and always deliver the look he wants. I have a special needs child who would never get his hair cut at a barber shop, and then we came to Supercuts and he, for some reason, wanted to hop right in the chair and get his hair cut. We’ve been coming here ever since. Great staff and you can reserve a time online, or call in. Very convenient. You can also walk-in, but you may have to wait a while. I highly recommend!

Sometimes they send out coupons for 7.99 haircuts. I called for regular price and its $23 for a basic trim! I only ever get the back cut 1-2 inches..evening it up. Nothing fancy. Oh well, I’ll find somewhere else. It isn’t worth $23 for a trim

Get ready to WAIT! Don’t bother making an appointment. My husband made an appointment and they took a walk-in right in front of him. There’s always a wait there, no matter what you do. It’s like they just don’t have the staff. There are all these stations, but never more than two stylists. You’d think on a Thursday morning before labor day weekend, they would have at least two people working–NOPE! I think one stylist says she can handle all the customers to get more tips, but the store suffers to make one person a couple more bucks–sad, never going back.

Staff was sitting around waiting since no one was inside. The problem was when I did walk in, everyone looked at themselves like who is going to get up and cut his hair. Asked for a cut and shampoo. Only got a haircut since the stylist said she forgot what I wanted, must have been too busy. The receipt said I paid for shampoo too. Did not get the cut I asked for. Fantastic Sams is across the street and I have had a different stylist every time since it is a busy environment and I received the haircut I asked for every time all while spending $17.99 at Fantastic Sam’s, not $24.99 for something that I did not want. Never coming back to this spot.

The girl who did my hair cut did not say if I could please move my head back she push it back hard and I did NOT appreciate it at all. Didn’t offer gel and while doing the shampoo and conditioner she scrubbed my hair soo hard I felt like I was going to cry. I am not going to release this woman’s name for safety reasons. I am not going to come back EVER AGAIN. Also the price is too high for a hair cut like that.

I go here ALOT, if or whenever you go ask for Hailey, she does a super great job every time, and you have to have her do the tea tree treatment on your hair, you will love it.
