I called to make an appointment. The attendant told me that there will be fine if we get there in 30 minutes. We meet at time but they keep getting people that was there already…. Well, the would be fine if they didn’t start with some customers that came in AFTER us. At that moment I asked they why and thy just said “we are sorry, they go first, and then you and your son” . I asked her WHY, if this ladies came after us, and the BS answer was the same… “oh, sorry, but you could be next (after them, in other words)”

Went in today and took my step son over to get his hair trimmed. We told “Faith” the haircut that my 14 year old stepson wanted. She didn’t want to do the trim he requested. She did whatever trim she wanted, at the end the price was $26. So I only had a 20 and two fives. She pocketed the $4 that was to come back to me, not even asking if it was a tip.
