I would not recommend this location. I asked for a simple cut and they did not do what I asked. I kept telling them it did not look straight but they continued to view it in their eyes and kept giving their reason and did not want to cut it the way I wanted it. Even when I got home my daughter saw that it was not straight. Not a good experience as I thought they needed to do what a customer wanted but that was not their case.

I got here 30 minutes before closing. I was told they won’t be able to cut my hair today because they’ll go pass their closing time. I called to make an appointment but this place is walking only. I drove 30 min to get here. Businesses are afraid to stay pass their closing time to take care of their customers and make some extra money. What a joke!!! I’ll never come back!!!

I have a three-year-old toddler that needed his first haircut. I called Supercuts ahead of time and spoke to a lovely woman and warned her that this was his first haircut and he might be very nervous she assured me that she would take her time with him and make it a positive experience. I will tell you she went above and beyond for my son and made the whole experience positive as well as achieving a great haircut for my toddler. I’m grateful for her and Supercuts for making this a great experience for my child we will be returning for his second haircut thank you so much for going above and beyond and taking the extra time needed for my son!
