I called ahead time and they were able to take me in pretty much right away which I appreciated. The people there were also very nice. I went in for a standard guy haircut (2 to 1 fade on the sides and light trim on the top) my barber may could have done a better job on the blending on the sides. I would give more stars if it wasn’t 28 dollars for my haircut which turned out OK. I was expecting a better job. Probably gonna try somewhere else next time.

(Update: today I was contacted by owner who apologized i appreciate her for taking the time she took today to contact me to apologizeing thank you Kat) When you ask for this! and you get Dora! I feel horrible and look hideous all my hair was cut off which I knew was going to happen but not so short! my hair still looks horrible it’s long in the back and short in the front when I specifically asked please do not cut my hair so short! I feel ugly cause my hair was ruined at Supercuts in cathedral City.I was told the whole time your hair looks beautiful your hair looks beautiful but when you know someone’s lying just because they ruined your hair what else can they say! They Charged me for the haircut and I had to ask if I could get a discount the lady said unfortunately I could not give you a discount I would have to come tomorrow and talk to the manager as I was walking to my car they called me back and told me that the haircut was free of charge and said that the money would be loaded back to my card.the fact that I walked out of there with three people trying to fix my hair cutting it shorter and shorter every single time I walked out disappointed and nearly crying. I know this doesn’t matter and everyone says it’s just hair it will grow back made me mad. I will never go back to Supercuts in cathedral City.

Not sure if Timmarie is still the, but if she is she works magic, you can literally sit in her chair & give her free reign over your head without one single instruction & walk out looking dope & she’s a good judge of people (i.e. she won’t give you a wild or edgy new hairstyle if that’s not what you want or the vibe she gets from your personality)
