I went inand before me was a young girl. Her sister wanted color so stylist looked at it, apparently there was an issue with her scalp bc the stylist decided NOT to do her hair and threw out all the tools used on her sibling. I was next. A few weeks later I developed sores on my scalp, my Dr said it’s ringworm, thanks to dirty cutting equipment. I notified your office and was ignored. I will never use this place again. DO NOT USE THEM. I wouldn’t have left this review if I wasn’t ignored by management and I spoke to Alex on the phone who said she’d notify management and no one ever got back to me. Nice shop, clean. Seemed busy and we did have to wait a little past our appointment time, but I think that’s because they don’t have enough help which is sort of the norm these days. The ladies all were very kind and attentive. They make sure to ask what you want and had a sweet attitude. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is well it’s supercuts and you get what you pay for here: a quick and inexpensive cut.

Super disappointed today. My daughter and I showed up at 410 pm and we were told they couldn’t take in any walk ins due to the appointments that were scheduled to come in any minute. They didn’t close until six and no one was in the waiting room. Supercuts is always my first choice due to the fact that you don’t have to schedule an appointment. I will still go back but it sucked.

I went in to get a 1 inch trim…looked up as she was cutting 4 inches off. The girl I had was answering the phone, trimming my hair and signing in walk-in customers. She was doing OK until after about the 6th interruption. Then she came back and cut to much off. Of course then she had to match up the rest…so I ended up with a 4 inch off hair cut. I think in all her multi tasking she actually forgot what she was doing. I will not be going back. 🙁

Negative stars.. Do not go here! this chick literally butchered my hair. I asked for layers and some side bangs that I could part either way that would frame my face and the right side is about 2 inches shorter than the left.. the left side has a nice frame and the right side is a shelf.
