I wear an Afro and went in for a hair cut last week. Tina, I think did a good job but her professional demeanor really impressed me. She took the time to carefully cut my hair even though a white man who came in after me verbally became restless. Tina twice offered the man a chance to have his cut done by another stylist in the shop but he declined until he walked out stating he should have known that his appointment would not be honored.

I’ve been going here a while now and they always give me a great haircut! I’m always greeted promptly and kindly. Mary cut my hair today and she did a fantastic job! She even helped to fix my goofy cowlick. I can’t remember the name of the other one who cut my hair before but she wears a cool black hat! Thank you!

Walked in to empty salon. 3 stylists 1 patron in shampoo. The gal asked if we’d called ahead and I said no. She got all quiet and I looked at all the empty chairs and asked if that was going to be a problem. She says she has 2 appointments coming in like 25minutes. She didn’t seem to want to cut my sons hair which was a super simple job. No frills dude haircut. Not even a shampoo. I just looked at the empty chairs some more before she decided to take him. She was done well before her “appointments” showed up. For 21$ its pricy for the level of service and COLD welcome we got. I did tip her 5$ because he liked his cut. Most like won’t return though. Last place I had similar experience is now closed. Guess standing around and discouraging customers doesn’t make too much money for owner to stay open.

I wish I could give this business a negative star!! I went in for a hair cut and was asked if I called ahead (It doesn’t say you need to online), when I said no I was asked if I could come back at 3pm (45mins). I said sure even though they didn’t look busy. I came back at 3 was sat in a chair after explaining what I wanted I was told by the stylist that she did not feel comfortable cutting my hair and she would prefer another stylist do it. I said ok once again then was asked if I could return in 20 minutes so she could go to lunch. I said it’s ok I’ll just wait. I ended up wait for another 30 minutes before I walked out without getting my hair cut. During that 30 minutes I waited I saw them turn away 2 potential clients in person and 2 over the phone. This place is such a joke!! I will NEVER stop in or recommend this place to anyone!!! I would rather cut my own hair than step foot in there again!

I’m tired of getting haircuts and having to go back later or to a different place to get it fixed. I used to like the haircuts but lately they’ve had some pretty bad staff. Chelsea was doing stuff I didn’t even ask for and she exposed one ear more than the other. My sides are really uneven and she cut more on the top than I asked. She was doing whatever she felt looked good or what she wanted rather than what I wanted. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt this way.

I’m very particular about my hair. Once again Izzy has come through!!! I’ve gone before to her for trims for my long hair. But today I went in for a style. She did a fantastic job on my hair!!!!
