Critical: QualityLike many of us during Covid-19, I was overdue for a haircut. Let me be clear when I say I did not set my expectations really high, and was grateful they had opened up operations outside. However, I can say this was one of the most unskilled cuts I have received in a very long time. The stylist seemed lost on how to provide a simple trim of layers, as she haphazardly cut random pieces; seemingly lacking any real method. I now have a variety of lengths throughout my hair, that just make no sense. I was reluctant to leave a bad review, but feel perturbed every time I go to style my hair. My roommate had to even out the length when I returned home. There were pieces of hair an inch longer than the rest. She couldn’t even be bothered to ensure it was the same length all around. Like many of us during Covid-19, I was overdue for a haircut. Let me be clear when I say I did not set my expectations really high, and was grateful they had opened up operations outside.
