Selena, who works at the Fallbrook branch is very rude and doesn’t look you in the eye and tries to rush you asap. Scheduled an appointment with her and she made me wait a few min just as she folded clothes and kept herself busy for no reason. Didn’t look me in the eye and rushed me out without even seeing how my hair looked. It was all messy when she took the cover off and said ok your done. I had to ask for a warm towel which she just handed and left to the register. My neck and face covered with hair as she walked away. Didn’t adjust or say anything to me incase I wanted something else. Also suggested I go to another person next time. Not sure if I’ll come back here and I’ve been coming for years. Came to her because she did a great job and I had so much compliments that I believed in her talent. But now I don’t believe or trust her as a person to ever get near me again.

This place is great. Anna and Teresa are the best. My son wont sit still for anyone else but Teresa. We have tried other people and he always complains that they hurt him. Anna is the only person I trust with my hair. She is very detailed and amazingly patient. I’m very picky with hair cuts sometimes I’m seriously asking her to get a single hair or two and she always seems happy to help. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I feel like we get a fancy salon quality haircut but at supercuts price.
