Positive: Professionalism, QualityNoelia cut my hair beautifully. I had just been refused from a different, local barber. I told Noelia that I wanted my hair done in a really short pixie cut and she delivered. I am a nonbinary person and other hairstylists mess around and I have to ask them over and over for it to be shorter because they act like someone they assume is a woman doesn’t want their hair that short. Not Noelia. She delivered on exactly what I wanted without hesitation and made me feel comfortable for getting what I wanted. Noelia cut my hair beautifully. I had just been refused from a different, local barber. I told Noelia that I wanted my hair done in a really short pixie cut and she delivered. I am a nonbinary person and other hairstylists mess around and I have to ask them over and over for it to be shorter because they act like someone they assume is a woman doesn’t want their hair that short. Critical: QualityRhonda was the “stylist” who cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Not once did she say it was not a style she could do. The picture had flowy curls, very feminine and pretty. She just kept cutting and cutting until there was nothing left. My cut was a butcher job. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It’s a man’s haircut and I look like a guy. It’s HORRIBLE!!! Even she knew it wasn’t good. She offered to discount it “in case I thought it was “too short” and even had the nerve to ask if I would be adding a tip to the bill! I will never go back and if you’re smart, you’ll stay away too.
