Horrible experience! I made an appt then waited 40 min to get my haircut. The woman literally slid her sweaty arm all over my face while she was washing my hair. I asked for just 1 inch off and she said my hair is dead and needed over 3 inches I said I didn’t want that just 1 inch please she mumbled something then said fine. I look back and she chopped over 3 inches off! Now its to my shoulders all uneven different lengths like a toddler cut it. I can’t even put it in a bun or ponytail it looks like a mushroom. Do

Critical: QualityI desperately needed a trim since I hadn’t had one in months. I got a wash and a trim and asked for simple side bangs. This is the second time I asked for this, and the bangs didn’t even blend into the layer. It looks awful, and I don’t know how to fix it. I desperately needed a trim since I hadn’t had one in months. I got a wash and a trim and asked for simple side bangs. This is the second time I asked for this, and the bangs didn’t even blend into the layer. It looks awful, and I don’t know how to fix it. I got here at 10am to make a appointment at 1pm and when I got there the same lady was still in the chair getting her hair cut and the manager never called to let me know of any scheduling changes and just said that there was a “hiccup” when I showed up early. There’s now a another lady in front of me getting her haircut during my time slot. These people don’t have any common courtesy and I would not recommend

I went to get a haircut and I’m so disappointed bc Valerie the girl who cut my hair did a terrible job. She literally just chopped of my hair, the layers she gave me are horrible, and i asked her for long curtain bangs and she cut them short and chopped up work. I cant even style my hair or my bangs. I’ve never had an issue with anyone who cuts my hair here but Valerie( who also works on the san ysidro one) just messed it up.

I’d never done anything outside of ‘coloring’ my hair at home, and was ready to try something new to update my 50ish appearance, without looking too frumpy or too ‘young’. ‘Lainey’ introduced me to ‘highlighting’, and WOW!
