TERRIBLE!!! I took my 14 year old here for a haircut since she starts high school very soon. She showed the hair dresser an image of what she wanted, the image showed 360 degree angle of the models hair. The model had long layered hair and wispy bangs. My daughter had been growing her hair for multiple years and told the hair dresser to keep the length. I left to pick up my son from school and when I came back to the salon my daughters hair was above her shoulders! Originally it was at her lower back and her bangs were horrendous! The bangs were not what she wanted AT ALL! The bangs were ABOVE her eyebrows and EXTREMELY THICK! I could tell my daughter was extremely disappointed… as soon as we got in the car she started sobbing, she told me how the hair dresser faced her away from the mirror and told her to take her glasses off so she could hardly see what she was doing… My daughter starts school this Monday and is begging me to let her stay because she does not want to be seen in public with her haircut. Extremely disappointed never coming back.

I had the worst tea tree experience with Martina! I have come to supercuts for so many years. The tea tree experience was her rushing to wash my hair and only to tangle and knot it. She never massages my scalp or my neck. No hot towel. Worst experience and a waste of money. I could have washed my own hair. She kept commenting on how I had a lot of hair and that my hair tangled easily however I never had such a bad experience with anyone else. Graciela is great and so is Carmen. Never again will I have Martina come near me. She was not polite at all. Just the worst customer service and left me with a horrible feeling..

Worst haircut I have ever had that also took 1 hour. Asked for a zero fade down to a point in the back, she said “ok” . Proceeds to run the zero up the back of my head, I asked immediately why did you cut the back I told you I wanted a point in the back, “Sorry didn’t know what you meant”… So I said give me a medium zero fade… she said “ok”. I honestly think she needs to go back to training because she gave me a toupee.

I had an appointment booked for getting my haircut. As I was unfamiliar with the area and on public transportation, I called to let them know that I might be a few minutes late. I was told that it’d not be a problem. However when I got there, (I was actually 5 minutes early) I was still forced to wait outside in the heat for 20 minutes or so! But, my haircut came out great and was done quickly in true supercuts fashion!
