Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get a haircut after growing my hair for 6 months. I told the stylist twice that I wanted to keep the length on top and just trim the sides and back, the fluff. I explained that I want 2 on the sides but wanted the length on top. She then proceeded to use the 2 clipper but goes directly up the side of my head. At that point there was no way to save the length. I ended up with a high flat top, egg shaped hair, and uneven. At the end the stylist asked if that was what I wanted, I told her no. I told her I wanted to keep the length on top, I told her I wanted it twice before we started. The stylist then proceeded to say she blended the hair on the sides but thats not what I asked for. A trim of the sides and back then an inch off top to trim the dead ends, that’s what I asked for but not what I got. I went in to get a haircut after growing my hair for 6 months. I told the stylist twice that I wanted to keep the length on top and just trim the sides and back, the fluff. I explained that I want 2 on the sides but wanted the length on top. She then proceeded to use the 2 clipper but goes directly up the side of my head. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently moved to the area and was anxious about finding a new hair dresser. I called ahead and the manager Sue answered the phone and was very polite and told me to come on in. When I got there, Sue made me feel like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She made my hair go from drab to fabulous! I can’t stop getting compliments on it. It brightened up my whole face and I’m ready to hit the town! Sue was very considerate, kind, and she wore a face mask the whole time. I could swear this was a 5 star salon and not a supercuts! I will be recommending her to all of my new friends. The salon was clean, they kept people spaced apart, and they made sure to greet every customer who walked in, which I can appreciate as someone who has worked in hospitality. I recently moved to the area and was anxious about finding a new hair dresser. I called ahead and the manager Sue answered the phone and was very polite and told me to come on in. When I got there, Sue made me feel like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She made my hair go from drab to fabulous! I can’t stop getting compliments on it.
