Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently received a hair cut from this location I’ve been here twice but this last time was an absolute joke. I made a online appointment for 1:30 I arrived promptly at 1:30 and I was told I was to early? There was absolute no one in the shop but the three hair “stylists” inside exchanged looks like “who wants this one?” As if I was a inconvenience. Finally one of the hair stylist takes me to a chair and proceeded to attack my hair like a mad samuri that just lost his clan in a epic battle with my hair. With a Vendetta against my hair she begins to take more and more off my hair nervously grabbing different scissors trying to make sense of what she just did. I knew this was gonna hurt when half way through the hair cut she turns to another hair stylist for advice, something you never want to hear for a 30 dollar hair cut. The heavier set stylist comes in to add her 10 cents to my sunken battleship of a haircut “it’s perfect!”she proclaims as she begins to style my hair in completely different way then I do “its great THIS is how he’ll style his hair. I tried to speak up but clearly my opinion did not matter I reluctantly got up from my chair paid the lady and left probably will never come back.. All is not lost! There is another stylist at this location named Robin she is absolute gem at this location she cut my hair probably the best it’s ever been she recommended excellent products and was a excellent conversationalist. Critical: PunctualityFirst of all, when I called to ask how long the wait was, I was told 25 minutes. I arrive exactly 25 minutes later and have to wait another 30+ minutes after that. Ended up being about an hour.Experience of haircut wasn’t terrible, but I wasn’t offered to be shampooed. Conversation was pretty awkward and forced; didn’t feel comfortable with my hairdresser. Surprising thing was she was the most friendly in the building at the time.The shocking part was the cost: almost 27 dollars, NOT including a tip. It’s insane to be charging that kind of money for a half inch cut with a clipper all around!I’ve been consistently getting way better service at Fantastic Sams for years. They always give me a shampoo, hot face towel, hair product, even a drink while you’re waiting. And they only bumped their prices up to 22 dollars during the pandemic. This was my first time ever coming to a supercuts. Since I moved around here I thought I might give it a try.Needless to say I will never be coming back here. I’m not gonna pay such a ridiculous price for barely acceptable service.
