Unprofessional is all I have to say. The staff at this Store Cuts is unprofessional and is willing to tell any customers false information in order to get them in the store. They are not above lying about the wait time and doing whatever they can do to take your money. I used to like Supercuts but ever since I went to this one and unprofessionalism the lack of detail not adhering to appointments made in person. All I ask is for Supercuts to treat me like they want to be treated with respect and without lying and using an excuses for incompetence

After a long overdue hiatus from haircuts (thanks Covid), it was refreshing to get my mane trimmed. But that wasn’t the best part. The best part was something I totally forgot about and didn’t even realize I missed. The fantastic customer service and friendliness of the staff. My stylist was a blast to chat with during the 15-20 min it took to get a buzz cut (I had A LOT of hair mind you). Even recommended a show, Sneaky Pete which I’ll have to check out. Looking forward to being able to get haircuts at this location more frequently now that the lockdown has become less restrictive. I feel so bad that I didn’t remember my stylist’s name, I’m honestly terrible with names 🙁
