This location sucks . I came here for my son to get a hair cut and it was awful. I asked for a comb over haircut and honestly I didn’t want to be mean but the lady that was cutting my kids hair didn’t know how to cut hair professionally or at least decent. I noticed everything was dirty the machines she was using on my son were dirty. The entire place looked dirty and they don’t Clean their hair tools at all. This place seems weird and for sure not professional like the other Supercuts on Valley in Alhambra. DO NOT CUT YOUR HAIR HERE ITS HORRIBLE WORK. I paid $25 for this and I will like to talk to the Manager of this Supercuts. Thanks

This particular Supercuts has the worst Customer service, and so rude and unprofessional in regards to people skills. The one person in particular is Raquel. I been coming in for quite a few years and have always had a great experience with everyone else. Your staff is amazing and very professional but Raquel is very mean and gives off major attitude and lacks major communication skills. This is consistent with her because I’ve gone in many times, and witness her behavior. The fact that she still works there is beyond me. As long as she works there I will never go in. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also tell everyone that I know not to go get their haircut there.

I went in today for a haircut and literally left there with a headache. I didn’t get the ladies name but she was really rough. She was tugging and pulling on my hair as she was cutting and my hair would knot up from drying and she was really rough trying to get it out. I’d been coming to Supercuts for over a year now and I’m usually happy with my haircut.However THIS TIME I left SUPER SATISFIED!First off, due to COVID — I hadn’t cut my hair in over 3 months… in fact, I had to play the role as my own super star barber (which ended in giving myself a pretty mean buzzcut… sort of) I found out Supercuts had reopened from quarantine season so I called to schedule an appointment. Ana answered the phone and was able to help me out. Super friendly and easy process (as always) — Cut scheduled!When I walked in for my 1pm appointment the fabulous Destiny took me under her wing and commenced the super cutting.
