Came in for hopes of fixing my hair. Had come in previously for a hair cut and the stylist had told me they could dye it from a different range of colors but coming in the next day the colorist had told me a different story that they don’t specialize in that. Why even tell me you can if you don’t? Is there no communication between all of the staff?? Won’t be returning here… a complete waste of time

The ladies are wonderful! Great haircuts. My only complaint is the horrible smell coming from the store next door! It’s nearly impossible to sit through a haircut with that stench! Hopefully it’s resolved soon!

This is my second time taking my daughter’s here for their haircut. First time was great it was an older short woman who payed attention to the needs of my older daughter to style to “rocker” style hair and she was fantastic! I didn’t get her name though. Was about 7 months ago. Took my daughter’s back there today and the stylist with the pink bangs was great with my younger daughter was sweet did an Ok job. The older tall lady made my daughter’s hair flat and thin! Leaving and seeing her hair was not happy with it. It is uneven and very thin. She said the texturing she did was supposed to add body and it looks and feels terrible. Unfortunately I will not be returning here again. $60 just for two haircuts, No style whatsoever. She was rude enough to to say she couldn’t give a quick blow dry to her hair. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Girl who cut my hair was nice. She did exactly what I wanted. Checked in on the progress while cutting to make sure it was what I wanted and was very happy with my hair. I know what I like and works for me and I’m used to getting pushback from stylists but not her!

I live in San Dimas and I used to go all the way to Haven & the 210 Fwy for a haircut and got tired of the haircuts I used to get there for they wouldn’t pay attention as to how I wanted it, I visited Supercuts and Sujey was extremely polite and professional and DID listen as to how I wanted my haircut and also advised me what she had to do to make it even and compact just the way I like it, and VOILA!! She did an splendid job!! She will be in charge of my hair needs from now on. Great job Sujey!!
