I have been going to this location for many years now and today I am truly disappointed. This location used to be good. We made an appointment for 4pm today online like we’re supposed to we arrived at 3:45. When we got there we were checked in and told someone would be with us. upon check in the person with the blue hair was super rude and condescending to my mom. When my mom got up to ask a question one of the hairdressers checked someone in and turned around to go back to what she was doing completely ignoring my mom. Got back to her station then asked what did you need do you have a question….. At 3:59 all of a sudden one of the two hair dressers told us one had an appointment and they requested her so she couldn’t take us ok fine. Then the blue hair hairdresser says they’ll just have to wait she has to go on lunch. So my real problem is why make appointment if you’re not going to honer them I will never be coming back to this location. I know it wasn’t that bad but they really did miss out on 3 adult hair cuts i know its not a lot. Oh well looks like it’s barber hunting time. Apparently all you need to do is call the hairdressers personal phone to get line jumped and better service. That’s always nice to know especially when you hear it come out of the hairdressers mouth.

Nice staff and convenient location for me. Leanne and Graciela I think are the best stylists for sure. They do a great job and they are very nice to chat with. Even though I am moving away from the area I might come back if need be to have them cut my hair! 🙂 the prices seem to keep going up at this location more than I have ever seen. Before. I use to pay like 20 bucks for a hair cut with tio and now after 10 years I pay 40 bucks with tip.

Have liked coming here in the past but the service is really inconsistent. Graciela cut my hair and didn’t give me what I usually get, which is a standard men’s side part. Things I experienced; barber coughing on me without even covering her mouth, her speeding through my haircut trying to rush me out and worst of all, her making comments in Spanish about my head smelling.

Was given a good enough haircut , which isn’t hard I have a standard fade, but the price has literally doubled from 15 to 29.50 since my last haircut there. I usually tip 10 to 15 to the stylist (never less than 10 ) but today only 5. The corporation is taking $ from the employees by charging so much . I won’t return because for 30 plus tip there are much nicer places I can go and I know I will receive hight quality service. Cause I was only there 10 min …. Shame on you Supercuts ! You lost a customer so I hope the extra 15 you got from me today was worth it

I called today and tried making an appointment for my husband with Amy, but she was booked for today so I made an appointment with Wafa and spoke to her and she said 6 pm today and even got my phone number. Surprise …my husband arrived to the place and they told him she has left for the day and that she will be back tomorrow at 8 am. So, watch out because this can happened to you. In the past it had happened to me once too. Sadly this place does not have the same customer service that had in the past.
