Overall I was pretty happy with this store and it’s unlimited haircut plan till I moved away in June and have been trying to cancel the unlimited plan since and it’s been a nightmare because The people in the store won’t cancel it for you. They tell you to send an email so I send the email once a month and never get a response. And my account still gets to charge and then when you try to call the store it goes straight to voicemail every time and you can never talk to a person. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the manager for months and this has been the most frustrating experience and every month I see a charge on my account that I’m not using!!!!!

I’ve been going here for years because it is convenient and close to home. As a business owner I see so many wasted opportunities for them to grow a bigger, loyal customer base. Staffing is always low. One or two at most are on hand. They have at least 6 chairs. People come in as walkins and leave never to come back. Might be going to another salon. The stylist, usually one person managing multiple jobs at once, is forced to answer phone calls and walkin questions when they should be focused on their current customer. This place could be managed more efficiently. I can’t imagine how a business can flourish this way long term. This was going on well before the pandemic. Sending this review to ownership/management as a courtesy review more than anything. Gave 4 stars because I like the stylists. I just wish they had the ability to focus on their paying/tipping customers instead of seeing them field multiple calls during a cut and having to wait an hour as a walkin when there are multiple empty chairs that can be occupied at safe distances. Hope to see improvement.

Took my brother here to get a haircut and the stylist was great. She helped is out quickly and efficiently. Gave us a wait time and was right on time. Price was I believe 15 for a kids gentlemen haircut. Fixed my brothers hair because were he had gotten his previous haircut, they messed it up. Good place to try out.

Horrible place would give them no stars if I could, overcharged my 6 year old for an adult haircut and it looked like a lawn mower ran through both our hair. Was in a rush or I would never have came here, obviously fore good reason because they definitely dropped the ball. NEVER GOING BACK.
