Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery poor customer service (…and lack of common sense). I called in advance, they offered a time, and I took it. I showed up on time, not a minute late, and THREE people got service before me while I waited there twiddling my thumbs for 20 mins. I complained, and their reasoning was that the other 3 customers requested a specific stylist. If that’s so, then don’t book everyone at the same time! If this happens again, I’m never going back. Very poor customer service (…and lack of common sense). I called in advance, they offered a time, and I took it. I showed up on time, not a minute late, and THREE people got service before me while I waited there twiddling my thumbs for 20 mins. I complained, and their reasoning was that the other 3 customers requested a specific stylist. If that’s so, then don’t book everyone at the same time! If this happens again, I’m never going back. Please fix your scheduling.

This is the worst place to get a haircut from the first time i got one from here I got it from Anjum Khan who is terrible and doesn’t understand how to properly give a haircut when you give the length you want. Then I was with vanessa ruiz who made random excuses for when she messed up my hair. I showed a picture of how I wanted it to look and she was brain dead and messed my whole hair up. Vanessa and Anjum are 0/10.

I went back the next day to have someone else even out the length, but no one else was available and so I had to go back to Anjum. She spent less than 2 minutes “correcting” my hair, and while she evened out the length on the bottom she made my layers uneven in the process. I have tight curly hair, and Anjum left it about an inch uneven on one side. I went back the next day to have someone else even out the length, but no one else was available and so I had to go back to Anjum. She spent less than 2 minutes “correcting” my hair, and while she evened out the length on the bottom she made my layers uneven in the process.
