Took my kid for a hair cut. Showed a picture of what he wanted, a short faded cut on the sides and no indication was given that she could not do the type of haircut requested. A thin split lines was requested defining the top from the side hair but the line was irregular almost going up to a quarter inch thick. She then said “I am not a barber”. When I highlighted that the cut had different length on each side and the edges, fade was not clean and indicated trim was not done after saying she had finished, the response was again “I am not a barber”. When explaining to the manager all that happened, his response was “ It’s already cut, we can’t put the hair back”. No empathy or concern was shown for a bad job done to a kids hair and only sarcastic remarks from the manager. Never again going to Super Cuts!

Friendly staff. Nice and clean location. But it took her two sessions to get my hair cut correctly. Huge and long, chucks were over looked. Went back. Got a free hair cut. Still not right. I gave up on returning (would’ve been 3 trips) to get my hair cut fixed. I personally won’t return.

Rude staff. Poor at making reservations on phone. They literary failed to put my reservation, asked me to come after 1 hr and then made me wait 1 hour to get seated for a haircut. On top of it I was commented by some lady from staff not to “gasp” even if the staff behaves unprofessionally. This is the worst service anyone can get on top of waisting time. I hope the management gets this message and tighten on their staff’s behavior, as they are already loosing customers.
