First time I went, the top was shorter than asked, but nothing major. This time I requested NOTHING off of the top, just a trim of 3.5 on the sides. A lot was taken off of the top (nearly an inch in some places) and the top is now shorter than the first time I went. The instructions were not complicated, but they were not followed. Haircut

I’ve been going to this location for over a year, getting haircuts every 4-6 weeks. I have a short cut. Normally would get a #3 all over, but have been letting the top hair grow out a bit, so I’d started getting #2 at the neck, #3 sides and back and then finger cut on top with the hair on top approximately 1 to 2 inches on top. Have been getting that cut the last three or four visits. It’s been good.

Place couldn’t do anything for me. Lady on phone acted like she didn’t know what she talked about, wrote me for wrong appointment. Than once I arrived for a cut and tone, I first found out I was written down for wrong thing they told me I’m “at super cuts and we don’t do that I need to go to a professional” than walked out. Horrible
